Booking & Cancellation Policies

  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. 
  • Please contact me when/after booking an appointment. 
  • To respect the time reserved for every guest, appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
  • To create a relaxing experience for every guest, I kindly ask that appointments be attended individually unless otherwise arranged.
  • Signature is required on the consent form located on my page after booking an appointment.

  • If you're unsure which service best fits your hair goals, don't worry! Browse my service descriptions or reach out before booking. I'm always happy to help guide you toward the appointment that's right for you.

  • Yes! I love welcoming new guests into my chair. Every appointment is personalized to your hair goals, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences.

  • Appointments often fill several weeks in advance, especially for color services. My booking calendar opens 30 days from the current date, so I recommend planning ahead and reserving your appointment as soon as your preferred date becomes available. Returning guests are always welcome to book their next appointment before leaving the salon to help secure their ideal date and time.

    If you don't see a time that works for you, feel free to reach out. I'll do my best to help you find the next available appointment that fits your schedule.

  • Please contact me as soon as possible if you're running behind.

    If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the rest of the day's appointments.

  • Appointment times vary depending on your service.

    Precision Cut: Approximately 1 hour

    Color Services: 3–5 hours

    Extensions: Varies depending on the installation method

    Please allow yourself enough time so your appointment can be completed without feeling rushed.

  • Every guest is different, but here's a general guideline.

    Lived-in Color: Every 10–16 weeks

    Dimensional Blonding: Every 8–12 weeks

    Haircuts: Every 8–12 weeks

    Extensions: Every 6–10 weeks depending on the method
